Compensation is decent. The work pressure is high. Many times i worked late night and weekend but didn't get appreciation from the management. Some managers are not employee friendly.

Do not join this company company,management is worst no product training even customer are not satisfied they will just throw you in Market without any product training and pressure for sale I have work here for 1 years I have seen so many people fired without any notice do not join in West Zone
