Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policy are good appraisal are faire and normal salary hike.

Not any Cause to dislike work here almost good. Thanks our team.

The job is quite interesting! Struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I Iearnt everything on the job.

The company is working in tunnel ventilation field and adopts latest technogy. I love the fact that I am part of a team that market reliable in new tunnel ventilation technology.Another plus point is colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collabration. I am also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation in not decent and growth also very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 15-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not values individuals'unique straight, which is why have to take back my suggestions most of times do appreciation by client through email and phone also. Also, the is no on-jab training for new techniques. Hence senier folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is pain sometimes....Read More

Work Details

The work on site to compete the job within given duration period and also working in store materials handling and to maintain proper record,site manegment, pf esi of site labour etc. All the work involved get a little hectic, but it's OK.
