They offer the option to Work from home which is great initially 🤭 but the reality

I had a bad experience working with this company. Unprofessional company & unorganised management. Work life balance is terrible, making it difficult to remain motivated. Due to Salary troubles & struggles with FNF, I had to fight for my money. Things to mention about manager Tanvi Ahuja: she was unprofessional, had a fake personality & difficult to work with. Her junior Shweta boyal, is a very phony woman who pretends to be helpful in front of you. But, she fooled me. She just leads the bachaa party & has no knowledge of anything else. From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
