• BVSR CONSTRUCTIONS has a good culture of treating staff, all the staff members helps everyone in any situations. • Company policies are good in treating a staff in salary or in any aspects.

Work Details

The job is full of challenges everyday, in every aspect seniors used to help all us out of any situations. Multitasking situations made me some interesting in knowing the different roles.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
