It's an association of long 11 years.Actually I have learnt many things almost everything from Business Standard. What I am today is just only with the immense help provided to me by the organisation. They have always given ample opportunity to work with utmost freedom. The Work life balance is excellent enough with the facility from working from home if needed. There's easement of work and deadlines are achievable. My reporting manager was very friendly and helpful in teaching you work matters, company's functioning and overall experience.

Dislikes

The Salary and promotion benefits are very bad as per the market. The upper management is just focused on increasing company's profit at the expense of employees benefits as the increment rates are very minimal and there's no extra incentives as such to motivate employees monetary wise. The company is not keen to retain anyone except upper management people.
