If you are a draftsman or want to become one, this place might seem okay at first. But the department head comes from an Oil & Gas background, so they won’t really understand your problems. Whatever you say will likely be dismissed in a smart but unhelpful way. The head seems insecure and acts like a "loyal soldier" of Burns & McDonnell India. For engineers, this is not a good place.
