No growth and labour like culture, sit 9 hours whether you have work or not and you can't use 90% of websites even if you are working in open source. Some of the core websites of technology are blocked and need management approval. Dictatorship, which won't allow you to use your brain even if you know better solution than senior. You need to sit hours to try something that you very well know will not work. Too much involvement of HR department in project management, which falsify all hierarchy. Perks: Managers will even force you to have lunch between 1-2 PM (Mandatory Lunchtime) and they are tagged as one of the best managers in company....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
