Working with BV is fun and enjoyable. Only and only If you are a permanent employee. For contractual facilities are available but not upto the mark. No security of job.

Dislikes

Worst in supporting contract employees. If you are in a contract you may loose job anytime, with one month notice. Even with full dedication to your work.. HR and job coordinator behaviour is worst. Had my life's worst job experience ever.

1. Salary will be credited on 31st before the next month start, it is perfect 2. Accomodations is good one person for each room.

Dislikes

1. Some salary amount is credited like allowance, which is not shown in your ctc, and allowance amount is delayed and I didn't receive even after completing 2 months. 2. Low qualifications(Diplamo fire and safety etc) person are getting salary more than highly qualified(M.Tech) person by providing fake pay slip. 3. Some person's areworking just completing 2hr courses from TUV like scaffolding specialist, Excavation specialist, rigging specialist etc and without adequate knowledge they working, and their salary is more than M.Tech safety candidate. 4.
