Work life balance was good and if you want to take leave their is no serious problem. All colleagues are good and supportive

Many points are there specially when you dealing with your N+1 they were not supportive. Specially in Baroda office area manager is not good

There are many unethical and unprofessional people especially on managerial position. No value for hardwork, no co operation from boss, no increment in salary and poor working culture. Especially there is harassment from bosses without reason, just taking an advantage of their position.

The vision did not flow to the bottom level, it felt that the top management is the only with brain to work it out Mid senior level individuals with no background in Innovation/ Automation asking the bottom to think out of the box, instead of leading from the front .
