I got good supportive teammates who actually support me in my good times & bad times also, Different Different types training happens in Burda which gives me boost my knowledge. As we know there are no job security in Private sector. Salary/appraisal are not satisfied but startup is good for me, politics are common in every company. I also like the re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Start up in this is good but growth is slow. Politics is more in this company. Employee is not satisfied from the Appraisals. Why everyone playing safe game in the company.

Work Details

Generally speaking, I am working in quality department, where i manage people for online inspection, making the daily Quality report, Daily MIS Report, Quality samples record list. I do the Printing & binding inspection also. I worked in Paper deptt also
