Burckhardt Compression is globally renowned brand in compressor field however Burckhardt compression Middle East is tribble with its working culture and policies especially very horrible for field service personnel and there is no job securities here in BC middle east.

Dislikes

Working culture is not good, policies are not good, and company forced employees to take vacation without pay when there is no work for Field service peoples. There is no transparency and lack of professionalism.

Work policy: site work for field service personel when they have job at site otherwise Field service people have to take leave without pay.
