Working is ok and department is equipped with bare essentials, nobody cares about your output or the department output, just keep looking ok to outsiders and boses. You get lots of time for yourself and private practice.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
