They can work a little in providing flexible timings for some work profiles which can work without being present in the office

I have been with this organization for very long now and they have a very smooth work flow internally. The employees are not exploited and are being paid fairly on the basis of their work. The work pressure is also not too much.

The work culture here is very good. People get to express themselves. Regardless of the position you are working on, you are provided with equal opportunities, which is great I believe. I am really enjoying my time working here.

They can work on the timings, also the lunch break is very short it should be exceeded by at least 15 mins.
