Strict Time- office Timing is 10am to 6pm. If you reach after 10.10am they consider half day. * Given me a growth in 6 month as a TL and said it will be on paper after 1 year. But nothing happened. * Will take you on 3rd party pay roll and will say the will take you on payroll after 1 year. But they wont. Good work life balance. You get enough leaves and also extra benefits from the organization. Working hours are almost fixed and you will only have to work extra if there is a business requirement, also you get paid always on time. And I think these things make an organization a good place to work in.

Because they dont see your cv but the call you first for interview Then they make you wait as the managers are busy in their work.
