stock option but you will avail if you willl be lucky and sustain your job more than a year

Join Broadcom India with own risk. Anytime famous for layoffs and old legacy employees give you challenges to sustain your job. No WFH option and even in the peak of the covid crisis, the company forcing their software professionals to work from office even no offfice dependencies. Every week at least 30-40 employess are infected with covid and no one cares and on the top of that HR forced covid patient to apply leaves even you are about to die. If you planning to join Broadcom...first of all don't consider Glassdorr review...another factor to consider is that.,,,even after watching good stock value figure...if you are planning to join..you will have to work in such a politicial environment and every day you will have to work min. 12 hrs in mental tension..old employees make your liffe hell....may be just to greedyness to earn money you may sacrifies a lot either your health or may be you loss someone your beloved just to not taking care of them. worst company of candidates coming from tier-1-3 companies or passedout from premier institute. legacy employee will not let you sustain in the company and build up a toxic and political environment. Managers are just dummy and not able to figure out to overcome team politics and non technical HR are busy to maintain employee in-outtime and writing fake reviews on glassdoor If anyone planning to join after watching great stock figure and salary..LoL ...you will be eligible to get stock after 12-15 month and to sustain job for this time duration is totally luck base. My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
