First of all there is no company like thing its a fraud business running by manish mandoot with his family member and with 1 HR name Rima they don't have any thing physical like offices all photo and other things are fake you can just see them on zoom app or over call. They are full of dislike or you can say cheating they do list is.. 1. They will not going to give you salary whatever you achieve your target or not. 2. They promise you some fake package like fixed 20k and incentive of 20k after achieving target of 2 lakhs 3. Fake products at unrealistic prices like animated video pack has Price of10k and very shot notes copied from somewhere at price of 5k. 4. Now they will tell you to sell these unrealistic prices product at discounted prices like at 4k or 2k. Price will change each week to do fraud innocent people on the name of digital learning solutions 5. They will tell you to cheat customer by just taking payment anyway and then going non responding to those customer and those customer will only call you for services or they will take legal action against you. 6. From 1st day of your job HR will tell you to do 4-5 closing each day which is impossible as no one has ever done that with those kind of fake product or you can leave without being paid. 7. The company has been formed by manish mandoot who himself is big cheater and also included his wife brother in law in this cheating business. 8. No office any where all address are fake they belong to some place called barawaha in Madhya Pradesh even they have posted all reviews by fake ids or by there family members. Working is fine they have some fake meetings on zoom on every friday and sunday in which no body knows any one they will not even allow you to know each other so that there lies get out.

They hire new employee in every week. And when new joinee gives 1 or 2 closing in 2 weeks they suddenly terminate them without any notice. Basically they are cheaters. Illiterate guys. Specially, Rima HR. She doesn't even know abc of HR. They forced you day and night to give closing atleast 4,5 every day. If you want to ruin your career then join.

The management of company was very good and very polite behavior and the work culture of company is flexible for me and the working hours is also flexible and from there i will learn many kinds of work.

The all things are good but some things are there which disappoint me like there is no career growth it and no salary implement and the starting salary was not good.
