The management of company was very good and very polite behavior and the work culture of company is flexible for me and the working hours is also flexible and from there i will learn many kinds of work.

Dislikes

The all things are good but some things are there which disappoint me like there is no career growth it and no salary implement and the starting salary was not good.

Generally my work is image editing but i will do the different kind like data entry, Content searching, Schools onboarding, through which i will learn the great experience from there.

We don't have any kind of job security. Work culture is pretty good and learnable. Management is well and persons are also humbled. However growth is slow. Besides the work pressure is normal. As a fresher a get proper guidance from seniors. Also managers do value an individuals' unique strengths.
