I love the exposure for working under japanese Boss .lot to learn

Dislikes

Although upper management is very thoughtful specifically japanese people but indians have created toxic culture, promoting boot lickers instead of deserving candidates,and playing politics over work. If you are under japanese Boss you will enjoy your time here and will grow very rapidly otherwise you will be stuck in over petty politics under Indian boss

It was decent till there was no poltics involved.once I started showing my skillsets I have to look over petty politics and favourism then deserving candidates
