don't go this company they will not give any salary as well as no garanty job keep original all certificate they told after 4 month we will give 2.4 lakh but 2-3 month they will fire without salary and without any experience certificate. and there is no anyone will traind you no anyone will teach you. they will give only a system and internet it will work and learn byself. no holiday Monday to Saturday office time 9 to 7.30 don't west your time its very bad company....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
