I have nothing personal against Bridgelaz but I will still not give it more than 1 star because of my actual experience. So coming to my experience - Even though I am from a CS background and worked as a Software Engineer, I joined Bridgelabz because I, unfortunately, got laid off earlier this year and wasn't getting any interview calls despite trying relentlessly. So upon filling out a form, I was contacted a by Bridgelabz counsellor and she told me that I only have to pay 12,000 as the total fee for their initial program and was asked to pay a token fee of 3000. And to be honest, my initial experience wasn't that bad either. But once the initial batch got over, things started to change from there. Suddenly I got a from a different counsellor that the management has increased the fee to a hefty 47000 from the initial 12000. Now since you have already spent your time and effort, you have no other option but to continue. And once the Regular Fellowship Program(RFP) starts you will be given tasks on a daily basis and that's when the mess up begins. The instructor will just teach you the basics of the topics and will expect you to complete tasks on your own and that too within a very limited amount of time. So how was I still able to clear the RFP batch then? Because I was from CS background and had prior knowledge of the language taught in RFP. And even though the counsellor will tell you that they will teach you from scratch and you don't need to have any prior IT knowledge, the fact is hardly any folk with non-IT background were able to clear it, For instance, in my batch, in a class of around 20 students in my batch, none from non-IT background from my batch were able to clear the RFP batch and only 3-4 people with IT background were able to clear it. And even if you clear it, then you are made to sign an Income Sharing Agreement (ISA) which mentions that you will give 20% of your CTC(minimum 80,000 rupees) to Bridgelabz for 1 year apart from that 47,000 paid for RFP. Now coming to the (Custom Fellowship) CFP part - If I say my experience at RFP was bad, then for CFP it has to be worst. The faculty assigned to us in the RFP at least taught us the basics, in CFP even that is absent. You are assigned a mentor (most probably a guy working at Bridgelabz / any random engineer doing a part-time in a part-time role; both with less than 1 year of experience ) for the namesake. He/She won't teach you anything, instead, they will give you a list of topics on a daily basis and you are expected to learn on your own. And then comes the Saturdays - you will have your weekly reviews on this day wherein a mid-level Engineer will take your review and expect you to write production-level code involving tech stacks that are completely new to you and shout at you with shameIess audacity that only people working at Bridgelabz can possess. For example, they expected me to master JavaScript in 3 just days (which still makes me laugh). And even if you clear the CFP batch and are made to join a company, don't assume that your job is safe. I know multiple cases where people were fired only after a few months after joining. I can write on and on about all the bad things at this horrible place but it's worth my time. So, to sum it up, If you are someone who is from a non-IT background / or someone who expects quality teaching - do yourself a favour and stay away from Bridelabz for your sanity....Read More

Company culture is very very bad, they don't care about ur work life. The people who giving good reviews, Bridgelabz forced them. So don't join there, If u can't believe just go on quora.
