It is not like our Indian civil engineering work all that they focus is on completing the task of drawing. Growth is nill all you have to do is drawing other than that your skills won't be improved in the company . They use the software which is not used by any other company in the world. Over all they give you salary at right time so that you won't regret to work for them even there is not even 1 percentage of growth in the future....Read More

Worst thing about the company is that they won't give you job confirmation unless you have recommendations from company employees or the secretary of the office. Secretary plays full on politics by selecting the candidate who are known to her and not on the performance of the candidate during the training, even if you are good at training period you will still not get selected . Please freshers Civil engineers those who graduate and looking for a bright future ahead don't join this company....Read More
