Worked with BCHT for 40 years and retired gracefully. Learnt how to survive in challenging times. Job was secured. Good working environment. Medical Benefits to all staff and spouse and staff dependents both as Out-patient and In-Patient. Free meals to all Executives and subsidised food in the Canteen for the staff. It is very well managed Hospital where service level is really very good. Jobs are well defined.

Dislikes

Monetary benefits are just about average. Hardly any function happens. so most of the time employees do not even know each other.
