Leaving from office at 6 PM
Dislikes
1. No corporate culture or employment engagement activities in corporate office
2. As per them, purchase department is biggest thief, they think that purchase team is taking commission from the vendor. Always wasting their energy and time by focusing on purchase team rather than using it for the betterment of employee.
3. Do not consider working late after office hours but if you get late in the morning by even one minute then they will not consider it and mark it as a half day.
4. No short leave
5. Want the work to be done in 2 days but when it comes to money, they himself will delay it by 7-8 days
6. No coordination between the MD and 6 directors and other teams. Other teams like Accounts, Marketing, etc. will raise a request as per Directors requirement and the same is rejected by MD saying that it is not necessary.
6. No perks like cab from office if working till late night, dinner or anything else.
7. From pantry boy to senior manager every employee is looking for a new job. Nobody is happy working here
8. Corporate infrastructure congested
9. Typical Lalaji company
10. Diwali gifts - they will give a 20rs. Cookie, 20 rs. Namkeen and 20rs. Snack in a box. Maximum 100 rs. Budget for an employee. From pantry boy to the senior managers, all are getting the same without any discrimination
11. Whole year they will encourage you to work, will appreciate you but when the appraisal time comes they will feel you like a burden on the company and would say that you are not performing good and we will not do any appraisal.
12. No work policy is there but there is a appraisal policy that they will not go above 10%.
13. If you are thinking of a better growth and future then do not join Brawn at all but if you are very much happy and enjoying your life and want mental torture and pain then definitely join Brawn....Read More

A part from Management, if your surname is Gupta, then you need not to worry about anything. Managements holds a soft corner for the Gupta surname. All your mistakes, indiscipline will be ignored and no action will be taken against you even if you are using abusive language in the office in front of your colleagues, having clashes with each and every distributor, colleagues, pantry boy, other department employees, security guard, housekeeping, Senior Managers, etc.
Also you can get high and misbehave with the international delegates and management will still ignore it....Read More

Review : Avoid this Company at all Costs !
If you're looking for a company that values its employees and fosters a healthy, professional environment, look elsewhere. This company is not unprofessional - it actively exploits its employees by creating fake rumors about their personal lives, including fabricated stories about affairs and inappropriate behavior. It's a toxic, manipulative culture designed to degrade workers and maintain control through fear and humiliation.
Culture
The company culture fosters competition over collaboration. Instead of teamwork, there's a pervasive atmosphere of distrust, where employees feel pitted against each other. Constructive feedback is often scarce, and the focus seems to be more on blame than on growth.
Fake Commitments :
At the time of joining, they make fake promises that your increment will be done in 6 months after reviewing your performance which has not been done for any employee so far.
They just make the excuse that your performance is not up to the mark and we will not be considering you for the appraisal.
Infrastructure
Congested infrastructure like a train boggy. Not even enough space for two persons to go through the gallery at the same time. Cameras are not for the safety of the employees but their mentality is to keep an eye on the employee's personal life. They have 9 cameras installed for 8 employees and single AC for them on second floor of the Head office. In summers, you will suffocate to heat and in winters you will be frozen to cold.
Timings :
Strict timings of 9:30AM to 6:00PM. Even one minute late can lead to half day salary deduction.
NO SHORT LEAVE. If you have some Emergency/bank work of 10-20 minutes, then you have to take a halfday.
You cannot come late but can be asked to work after 6 PM which is definitely not compensated. No reimbursement of working extra, no time relaxation in morning if working late in the evening. You can also be asked to pick up International Client/Distributor from the Airport at non-working hours(mostly in between 11PM - 2AM) and then next day you will have to be office on the time otherwise halfday will be marked.
In whole day, you can go outside the office for 30 minutes only in your lunch time.
Policies
You are not allowed to use phones in the office working hours but if Management calls you at non-working hours and you didn't answer, then you will be questioned for not responding.
Notice period of two months even for the Executive level Employees.
No appraisal policy. Appraisal is maximum for 10% for normal/hard working employees. If you think you can advance in this company, think again. Promotions and appraisals are often handed our based on favoritism or manipulation, not merit. If you're not part of the so called "inner circle" you're essentially invisible, and any career development is a pipe dream.
Bonus is a part of your CTC and then they will give it back to you on Diwali as Diwali gift.
F&F
F&F is not done on time. As per policy, F&F needs to be done in two months after the releiving but they easily stretches it to 3-6 months by saying that the Manager is not giving approval or Management is busy in Audit/not coming to office or any silly XYZ reason. They find new ways every time for not completing the F&F.
Role Clarity
No role clarity is there. Even if you are working as Manager, you can be asked to go and deliver samples/Gift items to the client Hotel or can be asked to do the packing/Exhibition wrap up which can easily be done by any Driver/Field boy. or you can be asked to bring household items from the mall(with you own conveyance) without considering your designation.
You will also be doing data entry into their software, Field work(going to embassy for VISA/Passport collection/submission which can easily be done by any Driver), etc.
Managers
Managers seems to thrive on creating drama and discord, spreading lies and rumours to distract from real work issues especially in R&D and International Marketing. A person who does not know the spelling and meaning of word "Dossier" is working as Manager in International Marketing Department. If you are not in adherence with you Toxic boss then the Toxic boss will continue to stay and whole team will be replaced including you. Entire Management will support and protect the Toxic boss because the toxic boss knows the buttering but he does not know how to be good to their subordinates as he knew its transactional and he will get something out of it.
Others
Company is more focused on intruding in Employee's personal life rather than focusing on their work. The only way to survive in Brawn is to show how much you work instead of actually working.
Clearly anyone can tell that 90% of 5 star ratings are one liners and do not have a specific reason to prove their point are done by employees under the pressure of HR as directed by the Management because if they don't, then they will have to face the consequences of the same.
