Mostly everyone work here beyond the working time in my department to complete deadlines. Because most works are delayed due to some people which delays the process and forces to work beyond time. Most people work beyond 12 hrs a day.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
