Worst corporate environment. The universe is located in an interior place almost everyday traffic issue is there and if due to that reason you are failed to reach by time that late mark will hardly been considered which is very bad.

Over the years, the work culture has drastically improved. Their HR policies are good and you do get your pay on time. Some of the higher management authorities are accessible and kind.

Dislikes

Perhaps this is a concerning issue across all private universities and not just Brainware (and public universities aren't far behind) but there's too much documentation and paperwork. The justification of getting a good salary is compared with the amount of work you get done that is recorded on paper rather than stressing on better teaching-learning conditions. A faculty will barely get time to prepare for a class and although a preparatory leave is given for research work, a university should understand one fixed day cannot make you produce UGC and Scopus Indexed publications....Read More

Quality of students is very poor, as well as there is no facility to offer graduation or post-graduation or Ph.D degree in basic sciences. This particular reason demotivates me a lot.

Really like the fact that my department is supportive and helpful. The students are really respectful and it is a joy to reach them. Timely appraisals and salary credited is another benefit.

Dislikes

Sometimes the stress of the work gets to us. Wish the deadlines were fixed keeping in mind how much is attainable within that time by the staff. The entry and exit timings are too strict. Wish there was a little flexibility and consideration.
