They didn't give that much salary to the employees and and they haven't given my 15 days salary after leaving the organisation they do not develop skills of an employee and only blame employees for growth doesn't provide training

Overall work experience is excellent with many things to learn. Cooperative colleagues, empathy towards employees, exposure to multidomain projects and authority to operate projects single-handedly with valuable guidance. Work-life balance is good.
