Good work environment and culture .Teammates are not supportive and management is not transparent.Company policies are not so good . They don't give us good salary and bonus are given every year But not satisfied...

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not so good and career growth is slow .Onthe job training is not given clearly..
