Lack of vision about way forward both about employees as well as as an organisation. Managers lacks what next to be done for their key employees. Lack of guidelines. Due to this the employees career gets stagnated. Management does not help or do not have vision about employees growth. Due to which key performers quit the job. Management lacks clarity about what to achieve as an organisation. Slow growth, no timely promotion despite performing well. Biased decision-making. Decissions taken are not fair. Instead it's is always in favour of Management or in favour of high officials. No work ethics. No job security. Un ethical layoffs. Employees are forced to resign and asked to be kept confidential by the managers with the knowledge of the management. Compared to the job market the pay scale is very low. HR does not have a stand alone opinion and does not challenge the managers regarding a decision taken on an employees. Whatever discussed in skip level meetings will be disclosed to the managers with the employees names, who will be targeted next. Because of this there be no changes or improved. Hence the problem remains as a problem and manager remains unchanged always without improvement....Read More
