Totally politics going there, full of flatterers, present MD don't have Technical, Commercial or Administrative knowledge, due to owner's daughter got this position. Nowadays illiterate persons running the company. All knowledgeable persons stacked by present MD. Whatever told by flatterers she follow. Further, she targets and sacks45-55 years age group, even if person work 20 years or more no see's his contribution. 65+ years age many people still working in their flatterers group but she targets and blame middle ages. Career exploitrators, like admin person replace sales, EDP person purchase so on. That's the reason 40 year's old company, still 25 crores or less turnover....Read More
