Cool Company 😎 and no much politics. High Job security and Good work life balance. Pay wise not that aggressive w.r.t market but if we stay long it will be adjusted accordingly.

Dislikes

We will become lazy untill u have self motivation. New technologies scopes are less in general.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
