I am still not sure why company has opened their office in Bangalore when they dont give good work to bangalore teams. They dont even trust the work done from other branches other than done from Mumbai. For top management everything is getting done from mumbai office and teams at other branches are just doing timepass. There is no proper experience in some of the top level guys who are leading product to execute it properly. They dont do proper planning and keep doing changes till the product goes live but still teams have to meet deadline with all the changes that keep coming till the end which results in hectic work life and unnecessary pressure on team created by so called leaders. No proper balancing of the work. Some team are loaded with too much work and some team doesn't even have 3-4 hrs of a work / day. Too much politics. No proper salary appraisal. Deserving candidates doesn't get proper hike but people who does buttering to top guys run away with appreciations and good hike....Read More

Work Details

Hectic, work is done without proper planning which results in long stay overnight and working on weekends to meet the deadline. You will find worst HR of the industry here.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Employee Benefits

Only tea and coffee is free which is served from coffee machine. There is a TT table and snooker table. Apart from this, nothing else. No free food, no snacks, no team lunch or outing. Only time when team goes out is during annual party.
