The stake holders are not at all focused and moreover they have always underestimated the brand value. They sincerely Need to re-work and replace their traditional distributor who have acted as leaches in past.

The textiles company reins should be handed over to Sir Ness Wadia, only he can bring change to the company and make it profitable. Moreover senior leadership CEO should be given at least 5 year term to perform. I am sure under the stewardship of sir ness Wadia this company will be able to review, he has been a true Samaritan during pandemic, especially the way he has taken care of his employees.
