You end up getting weekend work off at times.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

The culture is pathetic and there is no value for human beings. There is too much politics in a small team and the management along with HR gives maximum trouble during notice period. No ownership in the leadership team and people procrastinate work. Also too much paper work and slavery still exists in the company.

Work Details

Work is interesting as they have a very good customer base. But unfortunately there is no decision making mechanism and majority of the work has to be done manually.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
