my work experience at Bodh Shiksha samiti was terrific as behaviour of seniors was too bad to handle communism is increasing day by day and groupism is at peak ..they make other cast volenteers experience worst they dont judge a person by his or her ability and qualification but all this depends on caste and from where u belong thatis why i quit my job because if i asked any query of mine they ignored it instead of anwering and solving a problem ,they started to criticize me so that their job security may be confirmed ....Read More

Bodh Shiksha Samiti is totally old traditional organization and there are secularism and castelism people worked which not accept liability of another talented person. Company policies are totally in bad forums and management such as not treated with responsible behaviour and some castelism people made illigal things and claims to against the liabile people. Management is very poor and unprofessional. After joining one month salary will be taken as security deposit and there is three month notice period which is very difficult to complete and failing to do so they won't return your security deposit.
