The company is overall good, HR's are really friendly, management is good, workplace is comfortable, seniors are responsible and kind.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is a bit uncomfortable, due to the extended time sales people are expecting to work // break timings are long instead of that if the total work shift is reduced that could have been better.

There is nothing to like about working in this kind of company who doesn't value their employees making fake promises, no compensation, extraordinary target that couldn't be achieved, no job security if you haven't performed to the mark even onces termination sward will be ever present and no weekly off if there is no sale from your side. Worst management, forget about work life balance.

No weekly off if you haven't made sale or if working from home, slow career growth, poor management, on the job training not so great, salary cut off if not to the mark, lop for not making sale, making wrong promises of compensation, terrible workload, no work life balance atleast 11hr working and so much more. In short from personal experience will never recommend this company as I joined this startup with a lot of expectations of learning being a fresher but am highly disappointed....Read More

Terrible or should say no work life balance. There is just work if you are not making sale then you have to work without week off and if done with the sale, pressure of making more.. So if you are entering company leave the thought of work from home.
