If you are looking for BD profile, stay away from this organisation is the best suggestion someone gave me after joining

Dislikes

all new joined person leaves in 3-6 months, illiterate management, stupid R&D Team,high alteration ratio in every department even in accounts , excessive delay in production and slow dispatch, salary date is 7th comes after that uneven deduction, sales insentive didn't came in year's, regular policy changes & alot of issues with clients as well as employees.
