Employees think a lot about this organization and stick to the company through its thick and thin times. We get to learn a lot about personal care n beauty production n manufacturing.

Dislikes

No job security. culture is very casual, infra is very okayish, bad washrooms and no proper working ac's. They only believe in supporting and working for the big brands only. No proper incentive plans. no wfh in any cases. they have paid reviews everywhere.

Avoid this place if you value yourself & your well-being! I had an absolutely terrible experience working at this company. There were no basic amenities- forget about clean washrooms or even a properly maintained coffee machine. Hygiene & Infrastructure were at an all-time low, making it an uncomfortable and unpleasant environment to work in. The culture is suffocating. There's no room for fun or team-building activities, not even a simple party to boost morale<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Job security is non-existent</mark>. They will hire you, squeeze out every bit of work, and then fire you whenever they please, often right before appraisals, with zero notice or empathy. You will never do what you were hired for. Instead, you will end up doing the work of an entire team, taking on responsibilities that were never part of your job description. ALSO, they ask you to post a review for the company with 5 stars on the very first day of joining. So, there's that! To make things worse, everything is micromanaged to an extreme degree. Nothing happens without the boss's approval and the constant hovering just adds to the stress. This is not a company that values its employees or value their well-being....Read More
