Employees think a lot about this organization and stick to the company through its thick and thin times. We get to learn a lot about personal care n beauty production n manufacturing.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good

Dislikes

No job security. culture is very casual, infra is very okayish, bad washrooms and no proper working ac's. They only believe in supporting and working for the big brands only. No proper incentive plans. no wfh in any cases. they have paid reviews everywhere.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
