There is no reason to grow and continued with BMI.

1) Politics done by Sr Staff who are there from more than 10 years (Finance team, Admin Team, 2) No corporate work pattern 3) if you have leaves balance also then also they will deduct your salary 4) one of the organization who increase there Ebida from staff cutting salary 5) Dont except Appraisal in this company but without hint to other staff Sr Managers team doing self appraisal & ate butter on the middle palate 6) They dont have money to pay there Vendors due.. Hence everyday they play Hide and seek game in office with there vendors ans factory manufacturing dealer. 7) Dont know who gives them Loan to cheat with Vendors and existing staff. 8) To get your FNF balance within 45 days you supposed to give them party or your relationship must have good to get your FNF. 9) if you dont want to loose your happy and healty life.
