I am currently working in this company for the past 3 years. Please don't go by the earlier reviews since most of the reviews are given by the ex employees who had certain personal grudges towards the company. Overall my experience with this company is good. There is good job security here because I remember I was working for another company under same group, Interleaves Pvt. Ltd. and when I required a better role I was offered a job at BMEL without any hurdle. The employees are given quite a lot of freedom and the work environment is also good. This is a good company for Sales/Marketing personnels.

Dislikes

During the COVID-19 crisis situation they held up the salary for two months. Well it was actually the same for most of the companies. So can't really complain about.
