I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The variety of challenges and the dynamic nature of work was something that is really good at BlueStone. Every day there are new challenges that required thinking out of the box and getting better at your job.

Dislikes

Lack of clear visibility in terms of organization goals. It was difficult to chart a path as we did not know where we were heading. I understand that the management did not have all the answers either, but it would have been better had we received more clarity in terms of deliverables.
