sales are all about good prime locations, if the locations are not good, don't expect high results, my seniours used to give me so much pressure, also the Store charge used to play politics with my staff, if I said no to casual behavior of my staff he used to safe him. Because of them, I started self-doubting. they used to call me on my leave and also they they used to insult me. worst place.

The variety of challenges and the dynamic nature of work was something that is really good at BlueStone. Every day there are new challenges that required thinking out of the box and getting better at your job.

Dislikes

Lack of clear visibility in terms of organization goals. It was difficult to chart a path as we did not know where we were heading. I understand that the management did not have all the answers either, but it would have been better had we received more clarity in terms of deliverables.

My Try at Home Department Area Manager is very friendly and very helpful but now I'm in Store the Store manager is good but the working culture of overall is not up to the mark.

They don't think much about their employees and want them to work for them very passionately the upper management don't listen to you. They not reply back to the emails on time.
