really didn't like the discrimination and redundant monopoly of QA dept over others really didn't like the management over there the HR and their rules change anytime , and work like they are govt workers ( kaam nhi karenge to be chalega , yaa fir peeche lag lag k Kaam karwana padta h ) but if u r working in production the u r not lucky coz all the appriciation are to HR and QA and lastly to QC , no any piece of credit or appreciation is given to Production guys , and dont get me started about Plant-4 , bechare logo ki kharab halat h , worst and specially their manager is not that strong enough to stand for their dept people i wasn't even given any appointment letter even after working for 3 yrs there and was said instead , '' kya karoge appointment letter le k , hame khud ko nhi mila h abhitak " , and this dialogue was from an HR so this was just about production dept , and asper my experience there , every other dept is wining the same...Read More
