The disrespectful language used by authorities. Workload is too much. Threats to job. Very less salary and almost no increments. PARTIAL TO THEIR OLD AND FAVOURITE EMPLOYEES. Overtime without extra payment is frequent. Transport is paid for teachers. NOT RECOMMENDED TO WORK IN BBGS. Don’t go to loose your self respect

Totally biased and unprofessional culture, they pay no respect to talent its only flattering and back biting that may work and those who are weak at this , its tough to survive. all the senior teachers don't pay respect to equally efficient new candidate, rather suppress the natural projection of talent . The task distribution is totally partial and you can be overburdened in name of being a new to school. The meetings with chairperson are long hours may be 5-6 hours after stay backs and humiliating repeated commentaries by authorities . its an overall torture you may do to urself by joining such an organization....Read More
