COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTING Worst work culture and highly unethical behaviour of management. Also they harass you. It is completely a Fraud company. These senior management KAJOL ARORA, AHMAD MADANi, and ANKITA do not have corporate ethics at all. These people are worthless. Icing on cake is they never provide you salary. I had a bad experience in the past with corporates but the culture and values at Bloombrain has just change my whole mindset. The best environment prevails here. Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
