Love to work in the company As I got to learn lot of things on the Job while I was working. Senior Management team make you learn lot of things to ensure the progress in the career. Love the parties and employee engagement of the company where company ensure to look after the employees very well

BLOMIT Work culture is very positive and you get to learn lot of things while working. Management support and listen to you. Prior to COVID we use to have the Gaming activity every week and they have employee engagement department to keep the employees engaged at workers lace

Very Less Time Off As it’s run 24X7 Environment and taking time off is issue

Job was quite interesting and challenging. In start I struggle a bit to adjust to the work life balance but it’s a great learning experience
