There is an only problem if you work extraa for ur organization's the facilities of compensation of those double duties was not there,my approx 15 double duties were not paid and got comp off during my tenure. They should work on it.

It was nice for me becouse i worked in organ transplant icu but if u talk about the micu no one can stay in that micu the patient staff ratio is very high, venti pt. Should be alloted 1:1 and others should b 1:2 but in blk micu there is no limit

It is a great place to work in terms of work culture, very supportive management and great boss! One can learn a lot as there is always work pressure. Colleagues are very respectful and cooperative.

Dislikes

Work life balance as per my ratings also. Hospitals are anyway 6 days working but 8 hours shift is always extended to 10-11 hours. Compensation is dissatisfying for the amount of work done and experience.

❣️ I am working in this organisation since 2014... and always eager to do.❣️ No doubt organisation provided us everything through lockdown !! like three time food a day , cab facilities...👍🏻 Free madical and hotel for whom who are getting covid positive 👊🏼 Thnx BLK ❣️
