Only good thing is that you can reach out to anyone and any team for the help at any level.

Dislikes

Only work the way your US masters want you to work. You should be their loyal subject with zero discretion and be a part of politics. If you can involve in fake appreciation of your senior them it's just a perfect place for you along with working like zombies and don't take any decision and don't ever question anything or challenge anything. Even if onshore is at mistake make sure you take blame on your self. No difference between them and any BPO but in BPO you atleast...Read More

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
