1. Company Not Giving Any Respect To Employees 2. There is No Proper Maintenance, No Proper Plan 3. If Do Sales then they Will Give Respect Otherwise they will like Foot 4. If are Not Doing any Sales on Single They Make Very Strict , Even they will not allow to go for 5 min For Tea Break To get Relief 5. No Proper Management and Service 6. No PF & ESI 7. No Cafeteria 8. If we come 5 min Late to Office In Morning they will Scold us. More over Office timings is 9:30 - 6:30 , But We are Working Still 7:30 - 8:00 , If we are Going By 7:30 we Need to take Permission Otherwise They Will Scold Tomorrow Without Intimation How can You Leave Office Like that 9. There is Mental Peice to us. 10. There is No Programs for Employees 11. I want to tell one Example If You Took Bike Every Two Months You need. To service the Bike otherwise the Bike will not give good mileage and all We are Humans Yaar We need to take Service to our mind and Body the only we Can Work More Otherwise How can we Work 12. If you are Taking Paid Leave You Need Ask Permission Before 3 Days. What is the Main Purpose of Paid Leaves For Emergency Purpose we can take paid leaves, For that leaves also they will not agree. Employee in Bizpole Facing Somany Issues Try to sit with Employees Ask them what are issues are Facing.
