Everything. Culture is very much biased. No strict working hours. 3/6 days you have to stay late. Being a south indian college in north india, they give higher salaries to the people from south. And every other facility is for them only. You have to work as baby sitter for students rather then teacher. Be it first year student or final year you can not give them topics to study of their own as some task or anything. You have to give them notes to all the year students. Rather then making students tough and eligible for competition, they pack them in their shells only by providing spoon feeding. No respect for teachers....Read More
